1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Requested within 2 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels intact

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation available

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 1 day of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by WOFF.

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
